Coremark Group is the sponsor of a Net Lease Fund which specializes in the acquisition of net lease properties nationwide.
The Fund is aggressively seeking net leases properties with the following criteria:
Investment Criteria
Purchase Price: $1M to $30M
Asset Class: NNN Properties
Sector: Retail preferred but also office and industrial considered
Tenancies: Single Tenant or multi-tenant preferred
Credit: Investment grade and sub-investment grade with strong
location
Lease Profile: Any length
Yield Profile: Core, distressed core, value-add
Format: Outright purchase, joint-ventures and acquisitions of distressed debt with view to ownership
Target Markets: Nationwide USA
The fund seeks to acquire between $100 and $150 million of net lease properties over the next 24 months.
